Art Of Teaching

Horace Mann admits the true identity of a teacher in few lines:

"A teacher who is attempting to teach without inspiring the pupil with a desire to learn is hammering on cold iron."

Going to class with greetings, memorization, homework, signing Notebook and writing on Black or white board is called teaching in kashmir. If such ghost of teaching is your method of teaching, I strongly protest. I feel shame on being such a teacher. The real essence of teaching is then lost under the bars of your fixed unnatural skill. You are then living in a false nightmare- the builder of nation.
Right and real candle of teaching disperses the rays of humanity equally over the pupils. Teaching is an art that rubs differences between the learners and kindle hearts to embrace symmetry and equality. It must be and should be the immediate aim of teaching.
When a teacher keeps himself adhered to bookish( B.ed) dogmas of teaching, call him an instructor not please a teacher. I feel pity on meeting such a fool teacher. But when I see such an instructor on the seat of administratio, I get injured and my heart bleeds...

Teachers are like born poets but here is a society where you can  become a teacher anytime. Again I feel pity!
